- **Removed** `experimental-grpc-retry`

- **Removed** `HttpClient.send`

- **Removed** `opentelemetry_otlp.retry`

- **Removed** `opentelemetry-jaeger-propagator`

- **Removed** `Protocol.from_env`

- **Removed** `reqwest-rustls-webpki-roots`

- **Renamed** `without_scope_info`

- **Behavior changed** `opentelemetry-http`

- **Behavior changed** `OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_INSECURE`
